My new favorite place to visit: Garmisch-Partenkirchen!

This is our favorite shop. Love visiting with the owners!

Town Platz.

Just an hour or so past Garmisch is Schwangau, home of Neuschwanstein Castle!

Loved the horse and buggy ride up to the castle.

Even after the buggy dropped us off,
we had another 1/4 mile to climb.

King Ludwig II knew how to pick a view!

We've learned that 'getting there' is half the fun!
There are very few fences in Germany. As long as you behave yourself, you can pull over for a picnic or a quick stroll any where you want!

Loving the adventure, just not a lot of time left for blogging!

I think I can handle that trade .....
